El projecte \u00e9s una iniciativa del consistori torderenc i dels Servei d&#8217;Ocupaci\u00f3 de Catalunya (el SOC). Es tracta de la posada en marxa d&#8217;un programa pilot de la Uni\u00f3 Europea en qu\u00e8 treballadors a l&#8217;atur realitzen programes intensius de formaci\u00f3 generalista, formaci\u00f3 a mida, de suport a les possibles empreses contractadores perqu\u00e8 facin la formaci\u00f3, de t\u00e8cniques de recerca de feina i seguiment continu. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2009\/10\/bernat-ocupacio-1.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Ho explica el regidor de promoci\u00f3 de la vila de Tordera, Bernat Costas<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">La preparaci\u00f3 dels treballadors que s&#8217;apuntin a la iniciativa constar\u00e0, entre altres aspectes, d&#8217;una entrevista personal per con\u00e8ixer quins s\u00f3n els itineraris d&#8217;inserci\u00f3 a qu\u00e8 pot accedir l&#8217;empleat i la formaci\u00f3 en capacitaci\u00f3 ocupacional i en habilitats generals. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2009\/10\/bernat-ocupacio-2.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">A banda d&#8217;aix\u00f2, des el consistori es far\u00e0 una prospecci\u00f3 completa del mercat laboral m\u00e9s adequat per a la reinserci\u00f3 de cada treballador<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">A Maresme hi ha uns 300 aturats provinents d&#8217;expedients de regulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 en empreses t\u00e8xtils entre el 2007 i 2008.
