L’Ajuntament de Tordera, va aprovar dijous passat el text ref\u00f3s del pla parcial de la Mullera. Aquest tr\u00e0mit administratiu ha de permetre tirar endavant la zona residencial de la Mullera, situada entre els terrenys de darrera l’institut Llu\u00eds Companys fins l’entrada del poble. Cal Recordar que la comissi\u00f3 d’urbanisme de Barcelona, va demanar el passat mes de mar\u00e7, unes modificacions en el projecte per donar-hi el seu vist-i-plau. El regidor d’ERC, Bernat Costas, va justificar la seva abstenci\u00f3 al\u00b7legant l’augment del nombre d’habitants no assumible pels serveis actuals, per\u00f2 en canvi va destacar que la redacci\u00f3 del pla parcial incorpora consideracions urban\u00edstiques novedoses.<\/p>\n

El regidor del MAT, Josep Alsina, tamb\u00e9 es va abstenir en el sentit que tot i estar en desacord amb el projecte, no volien posar impediments per tirar endavant un pla parcial encallat durant anys.<\/p>\n

La regidora del PSC, Conxita Rodr\u00edguez, va votar a favor de la proposta, per que creu que aprovar el pla de la mullera \u00e9s una necessitat hist\u00f2rica.<\/p>\n

El regidor d’urbanisme, Arseni Garcia, va assegurar que l’ajuntament complir\u00e0 totes les modificacions demanades des de Urbanisme de Barcelona.<\/p>\n
