Aquesta \u00e9s una mesura que s\u2019ha pres per tal de reduir el contacte personal entre sanitaris i pacients, en la mesura del possible. Tot i aix\u00ed, es mantenen aquelles atencions personals pels casos extraordinaris. Ho explica el Director del CAP Tordera, Leonardo Heredia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radiotordera.cat\/radio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/heredia-situaci\u00f3-cap-1.mp3\">heredia situaci\u00f3 cap 1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La intensitat de la feina del CAP Tordera es troba en augment, sobretot via telem\u00e0tica per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 presencial com l\u2019atenci\u00f3 domicili\u00e0ria. Tot i la intensi\u00f3 de voler evitar el contacte, hi ha consultes que no es poden fer telem\u00e0ticament, ja sigui per traumes, fractures o afectacions asm\u00e0tiques en coincid\u00e8ncia amb l\u2019inici de la primavera. Tot i aix\u00ed, Heredia insisteix en que la gent est\u00e0 fent bona feina, fent cas al confinament, ja que s\u2019ha redu\u00eft l\u2019atenci\u00f3 per accidents laborals.<\/p>\n<p>Ara per ara, el Centre d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria de Tordera est\u00e0 pendent de rebre les noves proves de test r\u00e0pid del COVID-19 per tal de diagnosticar els nous casos. De moment, per\u00f2, tot i que no hi ha data prevista de l\u2019arribada dels detectors, el Doctor Heredia fa algunes recomanacions al respecte:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radiotordera.cat\/radio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/heredia-situaci\u00f3-cap-2.mp3\">heredia situaci\u00f3 cap 2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tot i que en alguns moments del dia l\u2019activitat telef\u00f2nica \u00e9s molt alta, a nivell presencial no s\u2019est\u00e0 col\u00b7lapsat. D\u2019acord a les dades oficials, per\u00f2, es preveu que a finals d\u2019aquesta setmana i a principi de la seg\u00fcent es pugui col\u00b7lapsar el sistema p\u00fablic.
