Cada any la trobada de gegants s&#8217;emmarcava dins les activitats de la Festa Major, per\u00f2 enguany s&#8217;ha incl\u00f2s dins les Jornades d&#8217;Associacionisme Local perqu\u00e8 durant el mes d&#8217;agost hi ha molta gent de vacances i \u00e9s m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil trobar colles. El cap de colla dels geganters de Tordera, Llu\u00eds Puig, valorava positivament el canvi de data de la cercavila i es mostrava satisfet de la participaci\u00f3 d&#8217;enguany, el dissabte al finalitzar la cercavila. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2009\/07\/lluis-puig.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Escoltem-lo en declaracions a R\u00e0dio Tordera<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Verdana\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2009\/07\/gegants.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Els integrants de les colles de geganters i grallers convidades estaven molt contents amb la participaci\u00f3 a la cercavila i es mostraven satisfets amb l&#8217;amabilitat de la gent de Tordera al llarg de tot el recorregut<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Verdana\">El regidor de participaci\u00f3 ciutadana de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Tordera, Josep Llorens, tamb\u00e9 valorava molt positivament el canvi de data de la cercavila i es mostrava satisfet amb la participaci\u00f3 de la gent al final del recorregut. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2009\/07\/josep-llorens.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Escoltem-lo<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Verdana\">La cercavila de gegants amb dos recorreguts simultanis va arribar fins el Parc de la Sardana, on cada colla va fer el seu ball. L&#8217;activitat va finalitzar amb un ball conjunt de tots els participants.
