Les obres de cobriment, pressupostades en prop de 200.000\u20ac, han comen\u00e7at aquesta setmana i s&#8217;allargaran fins a finals de la tardor. Les obres consistiran en la col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una coberta de xapa met\u00e0l\u00b7lica autosuportada sobre una estructura d&#8217;acer laminat, es col\u00b7locar\u00e0 enllumenat interior, s&#8217;arranjar\u00e0 l&#8217;entorn de la pista i es canviar\u00e0 d&#8217;ubicaci\u00f3 els jocs infantils existents. A m\u00e9s, les obres tamb\u00e9 preveuen arranjar una zona d&#8217;aparcament.<br \/>\nLa nova coberta de la pista esportiva de Sant Pere, situada entre el carrer de Narc\u00eds Monturiol i la carretera GI-512, donar\u00e0 m\u00e9s possibilitats a aquest equipament utilitzat di\u00e0riament tant pels ve\u00efns com per les entiats esportives locals. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2009\/06\/alcalde-pistes-cobertes.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">L&#8217;alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia assegura que les obres permetran millorar la qualitat d&#8217;aquest espais<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2009\/06\/torderaparc.jpg?resize=200%2C37\" align=\"right\" vspace=\"5\" width=\"200\" height=\"37\" hspace=\"10\" \/>Per altra banda, aquesta setmana tamb\u00e9 comencen les obres d&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 i rehabilitaci\u00f3 del local social de la urbanitzaci\u00f3 de\u00a0 Tordera Parc, valorades en 135.000\u20ac. Les obres consistiran en reformar l&#8217;actual local de 40 m2 amb la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;un despatx i serveis i ampliant-lo en 130 m2 m\u00e9s per poder ubicar una sala di\u00e0fana per a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de diferents activitats i un porxo. Les obres tamb\u00e9 permetran adequar l&#8217;entorn i el parc infantil existent, situat al costat del local a reformar.<\/p>\n<p>Els Serveis T\u00e8cnics Municipals han informat que durant la setmana vinent es faran els treballs previs per poder iniciar les obres de construcci\u00f3 de la ronda de circumval\u00b7laci\u00f3 al tram del cementiri vell. Aquesta obra, pressupostada per valor de 836.000\u20ac, permetr\u00e0 d&#8217;una banda,\u00a0 facilitar la mobilitat interna i externa de vehicles i de l&#8217;altra, permetr\u00e0 descongestionar el tr\u00e0nsit del nucli urb\u00e0. La ronda tamb\u00e9 connectar\u00e0 els sectors de centre i ponent, on actualment s&#8217;estan realitzant les obres d&#8217;urbanitzaci\u00f3. El nou vial estar\u00e0 ubicat a la zona del cementiri vell, seguint el tra\u00e7at del cam\u00ed de Vallmanya i afectar\u00e0 un total de 258 metres. Les obres consistiran en la instal\u00b7aci\u00f3 de les xarxes de serveis que van per sota de la cal\u00e7ada (col\u00b7lectors de sanejament i de pluvials) i en l&#8217;encintat i asfaltat de la via de ronda de 7 metres d&#8217;amplada.<\/p>\n<p>La resta d&#8217;obres projectades com s\u00f3n la coberta de la pista de Sant Andreu, la reforma de la pista Mina Jalp\u00ed i el passeig fluvial comen\u00e7aran entre els mesos de juliol i agost, quan hagin finalitzat les festes d&#8217;aquests ve\u00efnats per no interferir en la celebraci\u00f3 de les activitats i quan hagi finalitzat la temporada de nidificaci\u00f3 de les aus a la llera del riu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La pista esportiva de Sant Pere estar\u00e0 coberta a finals d&#8217;any despr\u00e9s de ser un dels sis projectes seleccionats per rebre el finan\u00e7ament del Fons Estatal d&#8217;Inversi\u00f3 Local.
