El Congr\u00e9s dels Diputats ha aprovat, amb el suport de tots els grups, una proposici\u00f3 no de llei que garanteix la continu\u00eftat dels costums i tradicions associats a la pirot\u00e8cnia i a la cultura del foc. Una normativa europea regulava aquest tipus de festivitat per garantir-ne la seguretat. La proposici\u00f3 aprovada per la cambra baixa protegeix aquestes festes culturals perqu\u00e8 es puguin seguir celebrant com fins ara. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2009\/01\/diables-2.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">El secretari de les federacions de diables, Pep Enric explicava com afectava la normativa europea a la cultura del foc<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Segons el text aprovat, les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes seran les responsables de regular les festes d&#8217;especial rellev\u00e0ncia, per tal de mantenir la cultura popular de cada autonomia.
