El regidor d?urbanisme, Arseni Garcia, va admetre que el govern coneixia la irregularitat, per\u00f2 va afegir que ja s’havia obert un expedient.<\/p>\n

Conxita Rodr\u00edguez tamb\u00e9 es va queixar de la manca d’informes de l’ACA i del Departament de Medi Ambient i de la poca concreci\u00f3 del conveni urban\u00edstic. Els grups del MAT i ERC tamb\u00e9 van mostrar el seu rebuig despr\u00e8s de con\u00e8ixer l’infracci\u00f3 urban\u00edstica explicada per la regidora socialista. Els regidor d’ERC, Bernat Costas, va assegurar que era prematur presentar el punt en l’ordre del dia, despr\u00e8s de l’irregularitat explicada per el Psc.<\/p>\n

El regidor del MAT, Josep Alsina, tamb\u00e9 es va sentir obligat a votar en contra de l’actuaci\u00f3, fins que no \u00e9s resolguin l’inici irregular de les obres.<\/p>\n

L’alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia van defensa el projecte com a gran oportunitat per al poble, tot i l’irregularitat urban\u00edstica esmentada. Garcia va reiterar una actuaci\u00f3 exemplar per sancionar l’inici il\u00b7legal de les obres.<\/p>\n

El web d’Inversions i Actius 98, promotora de l’hotel rural Mas Estany, ja mostra les imatges virtuals del complex, que, segons el gerent de l’empresa, Domingo Lozano, en declaracions al punt diari, no ser\u00e0 una realitat fins d’aqu\u00ed a 5 anys i que disposar\u00e0 d’unes 80 habitacions.
