Aquesta estableix diverses mesures, entre elles, l&#8217;ordenaci\u00f3 urban\u00edstica de l&#8217;\u00e0rea residencial, la dotaci\u00f3 de serveis i infraestructures, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els ajuntaments i els parcel\u00b7listes. Tamb\u00e9 contempla la reducci\u00f3 de la superf\u00edcie de les urbanitzacions que no s&#8217;han arribat a desenvolupar al llarg dels anys o, fins i tot, la reversi\u00f3 dels terrenys a la seva condici\u00f3 anterior de s\u00f2l no urbanitzable.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Pel que fa al finan\u00e7ament de les actuacions, el projecte preveu crear un fons econ\u00f2mic per ajudar als ajuntaments a elaborar els projectes d&#8217;adequaci\u00f3 de les urbanitzacions aix\u00ed com dues l\u00ednies de pr\u00e9stecs: una destinada als ajuntaments per finan\u00e7ar les obres i una altra per als parcel\u00b7listes, per assegurar el retorn del cost de les obres. En principi nom\u00e9s es podran beneficiar de la llei, les obres d&#8217;urbanitzacions que comencin a partir de l&#8217;any 2009. En aquest sentit, l&#8217;Alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia, ha confirmat que l&#8217;esmena presentada per el nostre municipi en aquesta llei, que demanava que els municipis que hagin realitzat obres d&#8217;urbanitzaci\u00f3 des del 2005, com \u00e9s el cas de Tordera, puguin acollir-se tamb\u00e9 al sistema de finan\u00e7ament que es proposa a la nova llei, ha estat acceptada per el parlament. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2009\/03\/alcalde-llei-urbanitzacions.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Escoltem Joan Carles Garcia<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Actualment, Tordera est\u00e0 immersa en les obres d&#8217;urbanitzaci\u00f3 de diversos nuclis com Agora Park, Sant Daniel, Terrabrava, sector centre i sector ponent. D&#8217;altres ja estan urbanitzades com \u00e9s el cas de Mas Mora o Niagara Park.
