L&#8217;expedientada \u00e9s funcion\u00e0ria de des de fa uns vuit anys i es correspon amb la torderenca N\u00faria Ca\u00f1as, parella de l&#8217;ex-alcalde de Tordera Jaume Romaguera.<br \/>\nSegons informa el rotatiu, l&#8217;assumpte s&#8217;ha descobert arran de la den\u00fancia d&#8217;una parcel\u00b7lista de la urbanitzaci\u00f3 Los Pinares, que ha aportat un certificat de control de qualitat d&#8217;una empresa promotora, on Ca\u00f1as apareix com a aparelladora del projecte. Segons declaracions al Diari de Girona del regidor de Recursos Humans del consistori llorentenc, Ignasi Riera, en els sis mesos que fa que treballen en l&#8217;expedient s&#8217;han demostrat trenta feines incompatibles amb el c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;inspectora d&#8217;obres i que han estat realitzades per la impugnada. L&#8217;expedient sancionador s&#8217;ha resolt amb una sanci\u00f3 de dos anys de suspensi\u00f3 de sou i feina.
