En concret, unes de les mesures principals ser\u00e0 obrir la ronda de circumval\u00b7laci\u00f3 que permeti anar d&#8217;una banda a l&#8217;altre del municipi, sense necessitat d&#8217;entrar al poble. La construcci\u00f3 de la ronda de circumval\u00b7laci\u00f3 de Tordera va lligada al desenvolupament de diferents plans parcials, la majoria ja iniciats.
