Per aix\u00f2 li reclama quatre anys de pres\u00f3, multa i el pagament d&#8217;una indemnitzaci\u00f3 de 12,4 milions d&#8217;euros.<br \/>\nEl fiscal de Medi Ambient, Jos\u00e9 Joaqu\u00edn P\u00e9rez de Gregorio, sost\u00e9 en el seu escrit d&#8217;acusaci\u00f3, datat el mes de febrer passat, que el culpable del sinistre \u00e9s Francisco R H, pastor d&#8217;ovelles des del 1999. Tenia un ramat de 466 ovelles i 466 bens, que pasturaven a la finca de Can Peyra, al terme municipal de Tordera.<br \/>\nEntre el 1999 i el 2003, coincidint amb l&#8217;inici de l&#8217;activitat de pasturatge de l&#8217;imputat a la finca de Can Peyra, es van arribar a produir fins a sis petits incendis forestals al terreny, provocats per el pastor, segons el fiscal.<br \/>\nLa seva intenci\u00f3 era substituir la vegetaci\u00f3 forestal per pastura, per poder alimentar els seus ramats, aix\u00ed com facilitar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s i el tr\u00e0nsit del ramat. L&#8217;acusaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica sost\u00e9 que el 13 d&#8217;agost del 2003, al voltant de les 14.00 hores, el pastor, amb l&#8217;objectiu de netejar la finca i tal com havia fet en altres ocasions, va calar foc a una zona d&#8217;arbustos molt espessa, situada al costat d&#8217;un cam\u00ed que comunicava amb la seva masia.
