El projecte executiu, redactat l&#8217;any 2007, dibuixa un equipament de 1500 metres quadrats. Segons el projecte, des de l&#8217;entrada del CAP s&#8217;arribar\u00e0 al vest\u00edbul que donar\u00e0 acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;\u00e0rea d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria, les \u00e0rees assistencials (medicina general, pediatria i polivalent), les \u00e0rees d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 continuada i, a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un acc\u00e9s restringit situat al costat de la recepci\u00f3, s&#8217;accedir\u00e0 a l&#8217;arxiu, a la sala de treball administratiu i al nucli que conduir\u00e0 a les \u00e0rees de personal, magatzem i instal\u00b7lacions.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">En total, el nou ambulatori disposar\u00e0 de set sales de consulta de medicina general, set de consulta d&#8217;infermeria i una sala d&#8217;espera comuna per aquest sector. El nou CAP est\u00e0 projectat per donar servei a 25.000 usuaris, amb possibilitats d&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 fins a 40.000. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/12\/alcalde-nou-ambulatori-2.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Aix\u00ed ho explica, l&#8217;alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Les obres del nou ambulatori es van adjudicar el passat mes d&#8217;octubre, tindran un cost de 2&#8217;5 milions d&#8217;euros i un per\u00edode d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 de 14 mesos. L&#8217;acte de col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 de la primera pedra tindr\u00e0 lloc dem\u00e0 a les 10 del mat\u00ed als terrenys on s&#8217;ubicar\u00e0 l&#8217;equipament.
