Aquest noi jove que presideix la secci\u00f3 local des del 2005 es va presentar dissabte passat oficialment com a candidat a l&#8217;alcaldia de Tordera. Martin va estar acompanyat pel diputat, Rafael Lopez, el president de les noves generacions, Jose Antonio Coto i el Secretari General Comarcal i candidat a l&#8217;Alcaldia de Pineda, Norbert Pel\u00e0ez.<br \/>\nEl diputat Rafael Lopez, confia que el partit popular de Tordera aconsegueixi representaci\u00f3 municipal. Lopez recorda que en altres eleccions, el partit popular \u00e9s la tercera for\u00e7a pol\u00edtica del municipi. En el transcurs de l&#8217;acte de dissabte, els populars van desgranar algunes propostes del programa electoral. El partit popular de Tordera proposa la congelaci\u00f3 dels impostos de bens immobles i d&#8217;escombraries, bonificacions fiscals per noves empreses i la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una escola taller. Xavier Martin tamb\u00e9 va proposar la construcci\u00f3 de 250 habitatges de protecci\u00f3 oficial i l&#8217;augment de la plantilla de la policia local.<br \/>\nEl candidat del Partit Popular, Xavier Martin assegura que en cas de treure representaci\u00f3 municipal estarien disposats a pactar amb qualsevol, fins i tot amb esquerra republicana.
