L’alcalde de Tordera i candidat de CiU en les properes eleccions municipals, Joan Carles Garcia va desgranar ahir el projecte de futur per Tordera en els propers 4 anys. En una conferencia titulada “Nous reptes, m\u00e9s Tordera” El candidat de la federaci\u00f3, va ressaltar la necessitat de millorar els serveis per la gent de Tordera, en els propers anys. Davant el creixement urban\u00edstic del municipi, Joan Carles Garcia, va voler deixar clar que Tordera t\u00e9 un sostre de construcci\u00f3 de 7.000 habitatges, el que representar\u00e0 un augment m\u00e0xim de poblaci\u00f3 fins a 25.000 habitants, en els propers 20 anys. El candidat de la federaci\u00f3 va destacar l’aposta per els habitatges socials. En aquest sentit, Joan Carles Garcia va anunciar la construcci\u00f3 de 250 habitatges socials, que s’uniran als 100 habitatges que s’estan construint a la zona de Mas Ros.
\nEn l’acte d’ ahir, El candidat de CiU, tamb\u00e9 va ressaltar l’import\u00e0ncia de mantenir l’identitat de poble, en els propers anys. Davant un auditori ple de gom a gom, l’alcalde i candidat tamb\u00e9 va anunciar la previsi\u00f3 de construir dos grans aparcaments subterranis, la construcci\u00f3 d’un tercer pavell\u00f3 per realitzar tot tipus d’esports i un hotel d’entitats. Per \u00faltim, Joan Carles Garcia va anunciar que l’ajuntament ha ofert un terrenys a la generalitat per la construcci\u00f3 d’un hospital de proximitat.
