El seu \u00e0mbit abasta les comarques de l&#8217;Alt Pened\u00e8s, el Baix Llobregat, el Barcelon\u00e8s, el Garraf, el Maresme, el Vall\u00e8s Occidental i el Vall\u00e8s Oriental, i compr\u00e8n una superf\u00edcie total de 3.236 quil\u00f2metres quadrats, on viu gaireb\u00e9 el 70%de la poblaci\u00f3 catalana. En la xerrada d&#8217;ahir, organitzada per CiU de Tordera, Josep Rull i l&#8217;alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia van exposar la seva visi\u00f3 sobre el pla i la possible afectaci\u00f3 a Tordera. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/11\/josep-rull-1.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">En aquest sentit, el diputat Josep Rull, es mostrava esc\u00e8ptic que l&#8217;actual govern de la generalitat compleixi les infraestructures previstes dins el pla, unes infraestructures que afavoririen el nostre municipi<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/11\/alcalde-rull.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">L&#8217;alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia recordava que la generalitat de Catalunya t\u00e9 una assignatura pendent amb Tordera, respecte a les infraestructures, com exemple el desdoblament de rodalies<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Entre els objectius del pla territorial metropolit\u00e0 est\u00e0 satisfer la demanda d&#8217;habitatge, localitzar els desenvolupaments urban\u00edstics segons un model de ciutats compactes, complexes i cohesionades<strong>, f<\/strong>omentar l&#8217;activitat econ\u00f2mica i la competitivitat del territori, preservar el patrimoni natural i del paisatge, potenciar l&#8217;\u00fas del transport p\u00fablic i racionalitzar les infraestructures vi\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El diputat de CiU, Josep Rull va ser ahir a Tordera per explicar l&#8217;avantprojecte del pla metropolit\u00e0 de Barcelona.
