Segons publica Diari de Girona, aquesta \u00e9s la decisi\u00f3 que va prendre el titular del jutjat n\u00famero 3 de Blanes en funcions de gu\u00e0rdia despr\u00e9s que el noi declar\u00e9s davant seu. En concret, el jutge ha dictat pres\u00f3 provisional comunicada i sense fian\u00e7a pel delicte d&#8217;agressi\u00f3 sexual ja que veu indicis dels fets.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;agressor \u00e9s A. Adjar, t\u00e9 19 anys i viu a Tordera.
