Si d&#8217;abril a juny del 2007 es van vendre a Tordera un total de 93 vivendes, en el mateix per\u00edode d&#8217;aquests 2008 sols s&#8217;han venut 45 habitatges tant de primera com de segona m\u00e0. Si ens fixem en els primers 6 mesos de l&#8217;any, el 2007 es van vendre 199 habitatges pels 167 d&#8217;aquests any, una caiguda del 16%.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">En el cas torderenc, i des que el 2004, primer any des de que ministeri t\u00e9 dades, les vendes han anat variant. L&#8217;any 2004 es van vendre a Tordera 327 habitatges, el 2005 274, l&#8217;any 2006 es va registrar un notable augment arribant al 415 habitatges venuts i l&#8217;any passat 324.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Si ens fixem en la resta de poblacions ve\u00efnes, Sta. Susanna \u00e9s la que pateix un descens m\u00e9s pronunciat de transaccions de vivendes. Comparant el segon trimestre de l&#8217;any, s&#8217;han venut en aquesta poblaci\u00f3 un 80% menys de vivendes aquests any que en el 2007.<br \/>\nDe fet no hi ha cap poblaci\u00f3 que comparant el segon trimestre d&#8217;aquests 2008 amb el del 2007 hagi tingut una caiguda inferior al 45%.
