Avui s\u2019ha donat el tret de sortida de les Jornades Gastron\u00f2miques que, fins el 30 d\u2019abril, promocionen la cuina del p\u00e8sol del Maresme en les seves diferents variants. Prop d\u2019un centenar de restaurants de 18 municipis de la comarca presenten una variada oferta de plats i men\u00fas que tindran l\u2019anomenada \u201c<em>perla verda del Maresme<\/em>\u201d com a ingredient estrella. De Tordera el restaurant Can Bruno proposa Saltat de p\u00e8sols amb pernil, vedella amb p\u00e8sols i s\u00e8pia amb p\u00e8sols. Jaume Borrell president del consorci de promoci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica del Maresme-Costa de Barcelona, destaca que en \u00e8poques de crisi econ\u00f2mica iniciatives com aquestes poden ajudar als diferents establiments a projectar-se i a ensenyar els seus plats.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radiotordera.cat\/radio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/jornades-pesol.mp3\">jornades pesol<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La cuina del p\u00e8sol del Maresme \u00e9s una de les jornades gastron\u00f2miques amb m\u00e9s tradici\u00f3 a la comarca. La bona qualitat de les diferents varietats que es conreen al nostre territori donen una garantia acreditada al producte que ja es considerat com una joia gastron\u00f2mica. Entre els productors de la comarca, es destaca l\u2019Agr\u00e0ria Baixa Tordera.
