El Servei d’Intermediaci\u00f3 en Deutes de l’Habitatge neix de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, l’Ag\u00e8ncia de l’Habitatge de Catalunya, els ajuntaments, el Consell Comarcal del Maresme i el Col\u00b7legi d’Advocats. Est\u00e0 adre\u00e7at a les\u00a0persones que preveuen que tindran o ja tenen dificultats per afrontar el pagament de la hipoteca del seu habitatge habitual,\u00a0en cas d’haver perdut la feina o davant una disminuci\u00f3 important d’ingressos. Un altre dels requisits per accedir al servei \u00e9s haver negociat pr\u00e8viament amb l’entitat banc\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n

El diputat de Benestar Social, Salut P\u00fablica i Consum, Igualtat i Ciutadania de la diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, Josep Oliva, diu que \u00e9s un servei especialitzat que serveix com a suport als ajuntament a l\u2019\u00e0rea de Serveis Socials. En aquest sentit, afegeix que tamb\u00e9 ha de servir com un servei de prevenci\u00f3 per aquelles fam\u00edlies que tenen dificultats en pagar la seva hipoteca.<\/p>\n

SIDH<\/a><\/p>\n

Un nou escenari favorable tamb\u00e9 per a poder\u00a0frenar els processos d’execuci\u00f3 hipotec\u00e0ria\u00a0que hi ha en curs i que, a banda de perdre l’habitatge, impliquen la reclamaci\u00f3 de la totalitat del deute.<\/p>\n

Aquest servei es presta, amb cita pr\u00e8via, a l’Oficina Comarcal d’Habitatge del Consell Comarcal del Maresme (dimarts i dijous de 9h a 14h) i a l’Oficina d’Habitatge d’Arenys de Mar (dilluns de 9h a 14h), per\u00f2 s’hi pot accedir a trav\u00e9s de les oficines de serveis socials de Tordera, a la Pla\u00e7a de la Conc\u00f2rdia. Les fam\u00edlies que hi siguin derivades seran entrevistades per un lletrat especialitzat qui, despr\u00e9s d’estudiar el cas, far\u00e0 una proposta de modificaci\u00f3 de les condicions del deute. Aquesta proposta es transmet a Ofideute, de l’Ag\u00e8ncia de l’Habitatge de Catalunya, que ser\u00e0 l’encarregat de fer la mediaci\u00f3 amb l’entitat financera corresponent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
