Hi havia tretze candidats per a vuit llocs com a conseller. Els m\u00e9s votats per la milit\u00e0ncia van ser Miquel Buch, de Premi\u00e0 de Mar; Joan Carles Garcia, de Tordera; Manel Rodr\u00edguez, de Premi\u00e0 de Dalt; Susanna Romero, de Sant Vicen\u00e7 de Montalt; Joaquim Ferrer, de Vilassar de Mar; Enric Creus, de Pineda de Mar; Joan Mora, de Matar\u00f3, i Joaquim Fern\u00e1ndez, tamb\u00e9 de Matar\u00f3. Els militants de CDC van rebutjar la candidatura de l&#8217;exalcalde de Santa Susanna Joan Campolier, que va ser inhabilitat el 2003 per una sent\u00e8ncia del Tribunal Suprem. Els altres candidats que no van obtenir prou vots van ser Enric Conesa, del Masnou; Carles Deprius, de Dosrius; Marta Garc\u00e9s, de Cabrils, i Joan Roca, de Vilassar de Mar. L&#8217;assemblea comarcal tamb\u00e9 va servir per ratificar en el c\u00e0rrec Xavier Badia, que es presentava com a president i que era l&#8217;\u00fanica candidatura. Badia va aconseguir 218 vots favorables, 32 militants hi van votar en contra i 12 es van abstenir. El president comarcal continua amb la tasca que va comen\u00e7ar fa poc m\u00e9s d&#8217;un any, quan va substituir en el c\u00e0rrec Manel Rodr\u00edguez.
