Aquesta requalificaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 situada a la zona nord del ve\u00efnat i t\u00e9 com objectius obtenir el sol necessari per dotar el ve\u00efnat d&#8217;equipament suficients, eixamplar el carrer Enric Granados, reordenar zones verdes i dotar a la zona d&#8217;habitatges de protecci\u00f3 oficial. En concret, l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 preveu la construcci\u00f3 de 222 habitatges de protecci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i 159 habitatges lliures. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/09\/are-sant-pere-erc.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">El regidor d&#8217;ERC, Bernat Costas va defensar l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 del projecte, en quan, preveu un nombre important d&#8217;habitatges protegits i zones d&#8217;equipaments per Sant Pere<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Aquest opini\u00f3 no va ser compartida per els partits a l&#8217;oposici\u00f3. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/09\/are-sant-pere-mat.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">El regidor del MAT, Josep Alsina va refusar la proposta, entre d&#8217;altres, per el volum d&#8217;habitatges previstos i el seu finan\u00e7ament<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/09\/are-sant-pere-psc.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Per la seva banda, el regidor del PSC, Josep Romaguera va assegurar que l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;ARE de Sant Pere, suposar\u00e0 pagar un preu molt alt per Tordera<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/09\/are-sant-pere-ciu.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">La regidora d&#8217;urbanisme, Rosa Salarichs va respondre a diversos dubtes plantejats per l&#8217;oposici\u00f3<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">El pla promogut a Sant Pere, forma part d&#8217;un pla residencial, on la generalitat vol facilitar la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;habitatge assequible. Segons el govern catal\u00e0, es desenvoluparan 100 \u00e0rees en un total de 86 municipis catalans, amb un total de\u00a090.157 nous habitatges, un m\u00ednim del 50% dels quals\u00a0seran protegits.
