Es tracta de les ocupacions de pisos buits. A Tordera, avui, hi ha uns 70 habitatges ocupats. Joan Carles Garcia va assegurar que \u00e9s un tema delicat i que pot trencar la cohesi\u00f3 social que hi ha hagut fins ara, per\u00f2 que s\u2019ha d\u2019actuar. Per aix\u00f2 el consistori ja hi treballa directament. La majoria de pisos s\u00f3n d\u2019entitats financeres i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que s\u2019ha fet fins ara.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/radiotordera.cat\/noticies\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/pisos-ocupats-1.mp3\">pisos ocupats 1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Amb tot aix\u00f2, per\u00f2, s\u2019han trobat amb una situaci\u00f3 encara m\u00e9s complicada: alg\u00fa que cobra per aquestes ocupacions. I la persona que ocupa l\u2019habitatge no diu res perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 por que el facin fora.
