En una carta adre\u00e7ada al director del parc, el representant de la plataforma, David Pavon, exposa que l&#8217;av\u00eds d&#8217;un particular va alertar de l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3, \u00abque ha acabat amb bona part dels pl\u00e0tans, pollancres i rob\u00ednies del paratge de Cal Capit\u00e0\u00bb, a tocar de la riera de Pineda per\u00f2 al terme municipal de Tordera.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Pavon explica que l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 ha tingut el vistiplau de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Tordera i posa en dubte tant el procediment com la legalitat de la tala duta a terme. L&#8217;Agrupament Escolta i Guia Montpalau denuncia els fets i recorda que van recuperar i netejar l&#8217;espai de Cal Capit\u00e0 i hi van instal\u00b7lar plafons explicatius i altres elements \u00abperqu\u00e8 la gent en gaud\u00eds\u00bb. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/08\/aulet-denuncia.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Per la seva banda, el regidor de Medi Ambient de Tordera, Carles Aulet, assegura que la tala era necess\u00e0ria \u00abperqu\u00e8 els arbres feien perillar la seguretat d&#8217;algunes construccions properes\u00bb i que es van demanar els permisos corresponents<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Aulet tamb\u00e9 va aclarir que l&#8217;empresa encarregada de la tala es va quedar la fusta, \u00abel valor de la qual ser\u00e0 descomptat de la factura que presenti al consistori\u00bb.
