El Ple de l\u2019Ajuntament de Tordera va aprovar ahir \u00a0<\/span>portar al Tribunal Constitucional la Llei del govern de l\u2019Estat que preveu la reforma de les administracions locals. Tordera, que en el seu moment ja va aprovar una moci\u00f3 de rebuig a aquesta proposta del govern de l’Estat, s\u2019afegeix aix\u00ed al rebuig general del municipalisme catal\u00e0 contra una norma que els despulla de compet\u00e8ncies.<\/span><\/p>\n

La decisi\u00f3 d\u2019anar al Constitucional es va prendre en el marc del Consell de Governs Locals de Catalunya, com a reacci\u00f3 a una normativa que els ajuntaments consideren que vulnera les seves atribucions. L\u2019acci\u00f3 es vehicula a trav\u00e9s d\u2019acords plenaris i l\u2019Ajuntament de Tordera ha aprovat la seva resoluci\u00f3 amb el vots a favor de CiU, PSC i ERC i el vot en contra del PP.<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019 alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia\u00a0 <\/span>recordava que la llei representa obrir un conflicte amb els ajuntaments. Segons Garcia, la llei menysprea les administracions locals, traient compet\u00e8ncies en serveis socials, llars d\u2019 infants, entre d\u2019 altres.<\/span><\/p>\n

El regidor del PSC, Josep Romaguera destaca el paper fonamental dels ajuntaments, en el dia a dia del ciutad\u00e0. El regidor socialista reclamava un llei de finan\u00e7ament local.<\/span><\/p>\n

El regidor d\u2019 ERC, Xavier Pla apunta que la llei \u00e9s recentralitzadora i que no garanteix una millor efici\u00e8ncia dels serveis p\u00fablics. Pla va fer esment a les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies en la vesant social amb l\u2019 aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019 aquesta llei.<\/span><\/p>\n

Per contra, el regidor del PP, Xavier Martin creu que la llei no vulnera l\u2019 autonomia local. Segons Martin, la llei servir\u00e0 per racionalitzar els serveis que han d\u2019 oferir els ajuntaments.<\/span><\/p>\n

La llei que reforma l’administraci\u00f3 local ha provocat des del primer moment un rebuig frontal del municipalisme a Catalunya, i tamb\u00e9 des d’altres agents socials. Volen conscienciar els ciutadans que molts dels serveis que reben estaran en perill amb la nova normativa.
