Segons les investigacions que ha dut a terme el Servei de Vigil\u00e0ncia Duanera entorn del Cas Manga , en qu\u00e8 estan implicats diversos ajuntaments , l’empresari \u00c0lex Ros , propietari de GRS Arc Local , va entrar en contacte amb l’ajuntament de Tordera , gr\u00e0cies a les gestions de l\u2019 exalcalde de Blanes, Ramon Ramos.<\/p>\n

En el cas de Tordera , fonts municipals apunten que GRS Arc Local es va fer amb un concurs menor per gestionar les sancions que s’imposaven sobre la base de la nova ordenan\u00e7a de civisme . No obstant aix\u00f2 , a primers de 2012 , quan va saltar a la llum p\u00fablica el Cas Manga , i con\u00e8ixer la suposada implicaci\u00f3 de GRS amb el Cas \u00a0es va optar per rescindir el contracte .<\/p>\n

El Servei de Vigil\u00e0ncia duanera investiga les activitats comeses per l’administrador de GRS Ars Local , \u00c0lex Ros per a l’obtenci\u00f3 fraudulenta ” de diversos contractes p\u00fablics mitjan\u00e7ant la utilitzaci\u00f3 de diverses mercantils , en aparen\u00e7a alienes a ell , per manejar concursos , ” generalment del tipus negociat sense publicitat ” convocats per les administracions .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
