El curs s\u2019adre\u00e7a a tots els professionals que intervenen, participen o estan en contacte amb els aliments en algun dels processos de la cadena aliment\u00e0ria (preparaci\u00f3, fabricaci\u00f3, transformaci\u00f3, elaboraci\u00f3, envasat, emmagatzematge, transport, distribuci\u00f3, manipulaci\u00f3&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 permetr\u00e0 als assistents con\u00e8ixer i fomentar el compliment \u00a0de les normes d\u2019higiene aliment\u00e0ria en el treball habitual dels manipuladors d\u2019aliments, prevenir les malalties de transmissi\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria i implementar sistemes d\u2019autocontrol basats en l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de perills i punts cr\u00edtics de control.
