L’objectiu d’aquests grups \u00e9s evitar la sobrec\u00e0rrega de la cura i aprendre a cuidar-se a si mateix, fer front a la soledat i l’a\u00efllament, i disminuir l’estr\u00e8s.\u00a0Els grups s\u00f3n un espai de relaci\u00f3, de suport psicol\u00f2gic i d’intercanvi d’experi\u00e8ncies i ajuda m\u00fatua entre cuidadors de persones amb depend\u00e8ncia. Tenen una durada de 10 sessions d’una hora i mitja i estan formats per entre 10 i 20 persones, que compten amb el suport d’un psic\u00f2leg.
