L\u2019Associaci\u00f3 treballa per aconseguir la plena normalitat de l\u2019\u00fas del catal\u00e0 en el sector de la just\u00edcia, fomentar-ne l\u2019\u00fas, informar sobre els drets ling\u00fc\u00edstics i col\u00b7laborar en la seva difusi\u00f3, garantir el dret d\u2019\u00fas de la llengua pr\u00f2pia en el m\u00f3n jur\u00eddic i judicial, i defensar les persones contra qualsevol vulneraci\u00f3 dels drets en aquest \u00e0mbit. Es va constituir l\u2019any 2003 i agrupa un centenar de professionals del m\u00f3n judicial. Agust\u00ed Carles detalla la feina aconseguida durant aquest 10 anys de l\u2019 associaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

L’any 2007 aquesta Associaci\u00f3 va ser guardonada amb el Premi Nacional a la Projecci\u00f3 Social de la Llengua Catalana, concedit pel Departament de Cultura, per la tasca de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 en favor que la llengua catalana tingui la pres\u00e8ncia que li correspon en l’\u00e0mbit jur\u00eddic.
