Arran d\u2019una den\u00fancia de l\u2019associaci\u00f3 de propietaris de Terrabrava, el fiscal demanava per l\u2019alcalde un any de pres\u00f3 i vuit d&#8217;inhabilitaci\u00f3 per a c\u00e0rrec p\u00fablic en considerar-lo autor d&#8217;un delicte sobre l&#8217;ordenaci\u00f3 del territori, per haver afavorit, presumptament, unes obres de Llu\u00eds Barrera, exregidor del consistori. La sent\u00e8ncia recull que la llicencia d\u2019obres podia contenir errada administrativa per\u00f2 no es imputable un fet penal.
