Segons el pre\u00e0mbul de la nova normativa, aquest canvi s&#8217;adopta per traslladar a la legislaci\u00f3 espanyola la sent\u00e8ncia del Tribunal Superior de Just\u00edcia de la UE del 14 de mar\u00e7. Ho detalla el Notari de Tordera, Jes\u00fas G\u00f3mez.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/radiotordera.cat\/noticies\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/notari-desnonaments-1.mp3\">notari desnonaments 1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el text permet als discapacitats accedir a les anomenades hipoteques inverses, en qu\u00e8 es converteix en diners el valor patrimonial que representa la propietat sense perdre-la, i s&#8217;amplia la reducci\u00f3 dels tipus d&#8217;inter\u00e8s de demora, tres vegades el tipus d&#8217;inter\u00e8s legal, als meritats i no pagats. Jes\u00fas G\u00f3mez assegura que en aquest moments, els notaris no tenen cap indicaci\u00f3 sobre el que es considera abusiu i el que no.
