En aquesta edici\u00f3 s\u00f3n 18 les localitats maresmenques que s\u2019hi troben representades, 6 m\u00e9s que en l\u2019edici\u00f3 anterior, mentre que a nivell d\u2019establiments gastron\u00f2mics implicats s\u2019ha passat de 80 a gaireb\u00e9 100. Un creixement aquest, que Jaume Borrell president del consorci de promoci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica del Maresme-Costa de Barcelona, valora molt positivament, sobretot en \u00e8poques de crisi econ\u00f2mica quan iniciatives com aquestes poden ajudar als diferents establiments a projectar-se i a ensenyar els seus plats.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/radiotordera.cat\/noticies\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/p\u00e8sol-1.mp3\">p\u00e8sol 1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Conjuntament amb aquesta presentaci\u00f3 de les jornades del p\u00e8sol de Maresme, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha presentat l\u2019opuscle divulgatiu.
