Aquest \u00e9s un dels 36 projectes seleccionats pel jurat d\u2019entre 175 propostes presentades a concurs per un total de 46 pa\u00efsos.<\/p>\n<p>Una de les singularitat d\u2019aquesta obra de <a href=\"http:\/\/bcqarquitectes.blogspot.com.es\/2013\/02\/la-depuradora-del-alt-maresme-finalista.html\" target=\"_blank\">Baena Casamor Arquitectes BCQ<\/a> ha estat aprofitar l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 per a millorar substancialment la imatge de l\u2019antiga pedrera de Montpalau, actualment en des\u00fas. En aquest sentit, el component paisatg\u00edstic de la construcci\u00f3 ha tingut en compte la millora de la percepci\u00f3 del paisatge bosc\u00f3s i agrari del seu entorn.<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat tot, la depuradora maresmenca no ho tindr\u00e0 gens f\u00e0cil perqu\u00e8 haur\u00e0 de competir amb <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mipim.com\/RM\/RM_MipimEvent\/2013\/documents\/mipim2013-awards-finalists.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">altres destacats projectes<\/a> industrials i log\u00edstics<strong> <\/strong>d\u2019arreu del m\u00f3n.
