La moci\u00f3 va ser presentada pel grup del PSC i entre els acords destaquen: que l\u2019Ajuntament demani a les entitats banc\u00e0ries del municipi la suspensi\u00f3 dels desnonaments a ciutadans de Tordera fins que es flexibilitzi la llei hipotec\u00e0ria o s\u2019acordi la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una borsa d\u2019habitatge social i que doni prioritat, a l\u2019hora d\u2019adjudicar aquest habitatge, a les persones m\u00e9s necessitades actualment. A m\u00e9s, el grup municipal d\u2019ERC va demanar que l\u2019Ajuntament doni opci\u00f3 a les fam\u00edlies amb proc\u00e9s d\u2019execuci\u00f3 hipotec\u00e0ria de realitzar el pagament dels impostos municipals en forma de treballs per a la comunitat.<\/p>\n

Des d\u2019ERC, el regidor Jordi Romaguera destaca que la llei d\u2019habitatge actual deixa indefensa a molta gent. L\u2019Alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia, va destacar que segueix essent l\u2019administraci\u00f3 local la que fa costat als ciutadans de manera immediata. Va recordar que la crisi financera l\u2019han provocat els bancs i que no hi ha cap administraci\u00f3 mundial per arreglar la situaci\u00f3.
