En un comunicat Renfe informa que amb l\u2019objectiu de millorar el servei ofert als ciutadans, est\u00e0 implantant un nou model de gesti\u00f3 de les estacions del servei de rodalia de Barcelona.<\/p>\n

Les primeres estacions que disposaran d\u2019aquest nou model s\u00f3n Sant Cugat, Rub\u00ed i Tordera on ja compten amb m\u00e0quines autovenda. En els propers dies tamb\u00e9 hi seran a Els Monjos, La Granada, Centelles i Les Franqueses. En el comunicat asseguren que el nou model personalitza l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i la informaci\u00f3 de una forma directa i propera. A m\u00e9s dota a les estacions de noves m\u00e0quines autovenda que permeten obtenir tant bitllets de rodalia, regionals com pels t\u00edtols integrats. Renfe ha destinat prop de 7 milions d\u2019euros en la compra i renovaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes m\u00e0quines autovenda. L’horari de l’estaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de 7 mat\u00ed a 3 de la tarda. Pel que fa a la posada en funcionament del servei de bar, Adif ha informat que properament s’obrir\u00e0 la tramitaci\u00f3 per a la licitaci\u00f3 del servei.<\/p>\n

Des del novembre, la nova estaci\u00f3 de Tordera, que t\u00e9 aproximadament un any, est\u00e0 tancada al p\u00fablic perqu\u00e8 va acabar el contracte de l’empresa que l’explotava. La tasca de l’empresa gestora consistia en la venda de bitllets i informaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 del local comercial corresponent. De manera, que des que es va tancar, els usuaris podien pujar al tren, per\u00f2 sense bitllet que l’havien de comprar a la destinaci\u00f3 d’arribada.\u00a0 L’Ajuntament es va queixar i va aprovar una declaraci\u00f3 institucional contra el tancament i ja han obtingut els primers resultats.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
