L\u2019associaci\u00f3 ofereix suport d\u2019advocats a aquelles persones que ho demanin. Garcia ha criticat la imposici\u00f3 de les taxes judicials aquest 2013, ja que posar una den\u00fancia a partir d\u2019ara pot suposar entre 700 i 1.500 euros pel demanant entre taxa espanyola, taxa catalana, valor, procurador i altres despeses. Tot i aix\u00f2, anima la gent a seguint presentant reclamacions ja que sin\u00f3 no s\u2019acaba cobrant els diners de les preferents. De fet, l\u2019advocat ha destacat que cada vegada hi ha m\u00e9s sent\u00e8ncies favorables als afectats.<\/p>\n

Francesc Garc\u00eda ha assenyalat que la majoria dels afectats s\u00f3n gent gran que han confiat amb l\u2019entitat banc\u00e0ria. Garc\u00eda ha destacat que \u00e9s important anar presentant reclamacions ara, abans que entri en vigor la llei que estableixi que aquests productes s\u2019han de canviar per accions ja que, segons diu, llavors ja no es podr\u00e0 fer res a l\u2019hora de demandar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
