L&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a es presenta amb la necessitat d&#8217;establir un marc de relacions fonamentades en el civisme, la conviv\u00e8ncia social i les relacions solid\u00e0ries i respectuoses entre les persones i amb l&#8217;entorn. La normativa pret\u00e9n arbitrar mecanismes per garantir aquest objectiu i en aquest sentit, l&#8217;Ajuntament de Tordera potenciar\u00e0 la formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un col\u00b7lectiu d&#8217;agents c\u00edvics que col\u00b7laborin a en les tasques d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 i difusi\u00f3 del contingut de l&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a, aix\u00ed com de les campanyes i actuacions que se&#8217;n derivin en el sentit de millorar la bona conviv\u00e8ncia. L&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a debatuda ahir en plenari municipal va comptar amb el vot favorable de l&#8217;equip de govern i l&#8217;abstenci\u00f3 de PSC i MAT. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/05\/civisme-erc.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">El regidor d&#8217;ERC, Bernat Costas va destacar que l&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a \u00e9s un pas m\u00e9s per millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia en el nostre municipi<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/05\/civisme-mat.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">El regidor del MAT, Josep Alsina va demanar millores en la redacci\u00f3 de l&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a, unes millores que es podrien solucionar en el per\u00edode d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 publica<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/05\/civisme-psc.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">El regidor del PSC, Josep Romaguera es va empla\u00e7ar en el per\u00edode d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 publica per poder analitzar el text i aportar les modificacions oportunes<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/05\/civisme-ciu.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">El regidor de participaci\u00f3 ciutadana, Josep Llorens va ser l&#8217;encarregat de presentar l&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a i va justificar la seva elaboraci\u00f3<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">L&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a regular\u00e0 els drets i deures de l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 i la ciutadania davant de l&#8217;objectiu establert i s&#8217;articula en diferents cap\u00edtols, com ara el manteniment dels espais p\u00fablics i parcs forestals o prenent mesures contra la contaminaci\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica, ac\u00fastica, visual i lum\u00ednica. La normativa tamb\u00e9 recull els deures dels ciutadans davant l&#8217;ordenaci\u00f3 dels residus urbans i comercials en els llocs i horaris destinats a tal efecte, estableix els deures dels propietaris d&#8217;animals de companyia, les relacions ve\u00efnals i de conviv\u00e8ncia per garantir el descans ali\u00e8, regula els horaris dels establiments de p\u00fablica concurr\u00e8ncia i ordena la circulaci\u00f3 de vianants, bicicletes i monopatins per les vies p\u00fabliques. L&#8217;ordenan\u00e7a contempla un cap\u00edtol destinats a sancions i infraccions que es classificaran segons siguin lleus, greus o molt greus. En qualsevol dels casos, els serveis municipals seran els qui vetllin pel compliment de la normativa.
