Beltran 9 presenta Ventre i llengua amb barreja de bolets i vedella amb bolets, Can Pica Vedella ecol\u00f2gica amb bolets del Montnegre i Can Bruno Saltejat de bolets, fricand\u00f3 amb bolets i civet de senglar amb llanegues. Enguany els nostres restaurants amplien les seves propostes oferint els plats amb tot tipus de fruits de tardor, a m\u00e9s dels bolets, incloent la ca\u00e7a i tots aquells productes d’horta que podem trobar en els nostres mercats durant la tardor.
