Iniciativa pionera a l\u2019Estat espanyol i que ofereix a les v\u00edctimes i familiars d\u2019un accident de tr\u00e0nsit un servei d\u2019ajuda, orientaci\u00f3 i informaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 puguin realitzar els tr\u00e0mits necessaris, con\u00e8ixer els recursos existents, rebre informaci\u00f3 sobre els drets que els reconeix la legislaci\u00f3 vigent, i rebre suport i atenci\u00f3 psicol\u00f2gica en la recuperaci\u00f3 personal i social davant un accident de tr\u00e0nsit.<\/p>\n

El servei est\u00e0 organitzat per orientar la persona afectada segons la proximitat que demani. Aix\u00ed es posa a disposici\u00f3 de l\u2019usuari un tel\u00e8fon gratu\u00eft, el\u00a0900 100 268, al qual es pot trucar de dilluns a divendres de 9:00 a 14:00h i de 15:00 a 20:00h.
