D\u2019aquests 53 immobles, 32 s\u00f3n habitatges de 2a m\u00e0, mentre que 21 correspon a l\u2019stock d\u2019habitatges nous que hi ha a Tordera. En els 3 primers mesos de l\u2019any, es van vendre 37 habitatges, pel que en mig any Tordera ha sumat 90 habitatges venuts. Aquesta xifra \u00e9s superior al nombre de transaccions fetes en el mateix per\u00edode de l\u2019any passat, quan es van vendre 78 immobles.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes dades, complementen l\u2019estudi de l\u2019Institut d\u2019Estad\u00edstica de Catalunya que situava Tordera a la setena posici\u00f3 del gr\u00e0fic de municipis amb moviments migratoris positius el 2011. Aix\u00f2 significa que \u00e9s una de les poblacions catalanes on van arribar m\u00e9s persones l\u2019any passat, en concret 267. \u00a0Els nous torderencs procedeixen, majorit\u00e0riament, de l\u2019\u00e0rea metropolitana de Barcelona.
