Segons la ministra Pastor, \u201caquest tram ha deixat de complir la funci\u00f3 de tram de la Xarxa de Carreteres de l\u2019Estat, des que el mar\u00e7 del 2010 es va cedir la titularitat de la carretera N-II entre Montgat i Tordera a la Generalitat.
