Segons el ministre d\u2019Hisenda, amb els canvis es podria aconseguir un estalvi de 3.500 milions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n

La setmana passada escolt\u00e0vem l\u2019Alcalde del nostre municipi, Joan Carles Garcia, que es mostrava preocupat amb aquestes reformes i, a principis d\u2019aquesta setmana, vam comen\u00e7ar a con\u00e8ixer les opinions dels partits de l\u2019oposici\u00f3 sobre aquesta mateixa q\u00fcesti\u00f3. Dilluns vam escoltar el regidor del PP, Xavier Mart\u00edn; dimarts vam sentir el regidor d\u2019ERC, Xavier Pla, i avui, per cloure la roda, valorem aquesta reforma amb el regidor del Partit Socialista, Josep Romaguera. Pel que fa a la possibilitat que algunes compet\u00e8ncies municipals puguin quedar en mans de les diputacions en aquelles poblacions amb menys de 20.000 habitants, com \u00e9s el cas de Tordera, el regidor Josep Romaguera creu que aix\u00f2 no solucionar\u00e0 cap problema i que des de tanta dist\u00e0ncia ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil solucionar els problemes dels ciutadans.<\/p>\n[audio:http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2012\/08\/psc-retallades-2.mp3|titles=psc retallades 2]\n

En relaci\u00f3 a la reducci\u00f3 en un 30% del nombre de regidors a partir de les properes eleccions municipals, Josep Romaguera diu que aix\u00f2 dificultar\u00e0 l\u2019entrada dels partits petits en els municipis i que des del PSC sempre s\u2019han mostrat contraris a que hi hagin gaires dedicacions exclusives.<\/p>\n[audio:http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2012\/08\/psc-retallades-3.mp3|titles=psc retallades 3]\n

Recordem que aquesta reforma de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 local s\u2019emmarca dins l\u2019\u00faltim paquet de retallades del govern espanyol, anunciades fa poques setmanes. Precisament, el passat dijous, 26 de juliol, la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona va aprovar una moci\u00f3, amb el vot contrari del Partit Popular, en qu\u00e8 es rebutjava la proposta del govern de Mariano Rajoy de reduir un 30% el nombre de regidors als municipis.
