Els fets es van produir el passat 30 de juliol, quan en rebre un av\u00eds d\u2019incendi en un habitatge de la urbanitzaci\u00f3 Mas M\u00f3ra de Tordera, el cos policial va localitzar dins el domicili una plantaci\u00f3 de Marihuana. Segons els primers indicis, l\u2019incendi s\u2019hauria produ\u00eft per una sobrec\u00e0rrega en el quadre el\u00e8ctric, el qual estava connectat directament a l\u2019enllumenat p\u00fablic.<\/p>\n

En total es van comissar 550 plantes de marihuana que, segons la policia, en el mercat negre tindrien un valor aproximat de 72.000 euros. La casa no estava habitada i es trobava perfectament condicionada pel cultiu de les plantes, amb una gran instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de llums interiors i sistemes de ventilaci\u00f3 i processament. Despr\u00e9s de contactar amb el propietari, els mossos van saber que la tenia llogada al detingut, Manuel A. C. Aquest va recon\u00e8ixer que no hi feia vida i que la destinava, \u00fanicament, al cultiu de plantes de marihuana.<\/p>\n

Fins al lloc de l\u2019incendi s’hi van despla\u00e7ar diversos serveis d’emerg\u00e8ncies, entre els quals hi havia Mossos d\u2019Esquadra, Policia Local de Tordera i Bombers de la Generalitat. Dijous de la setmana passada, el detingut va passar a disposici\u00f3 judicial al Jutjat d’Instrucci\u00f3 n\u00famero 3 d’Arenys de Mar, el qual va decretar la seva llibertat amb c\u00e0rrecs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
