$\"\"$ <\/a>El ple de l\u2019Ajuntament de Tordera va aprovar la setmana passada una moci\u00f3 de suport a les fam\u00edlies i persones afectades pels desnonaments hipotecaris i els problemes per pagar la hipoteca. En els \u00faltims anys han crescut les execucions hipotec\u00e0ries, i Tordera no n\u2019\u00e9s una accepci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, hem de tenir en compte que hi ha prop de 1.000 pisos buits al municipi. Entre els acords recollits a la moci\u00f3, destaquen: la possibilitat de negociar amb les entitats financeres un lloguer social per a les fam\u00edlies desnonades, assessorament durant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019embargament i\/o desnonament, la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019un cos de voluntaris per assessorar aquestes fam\u00edlies, demanar suport t\u00e8cnic a la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona i mediar amb les entitats banc\u00e0ries adherides al conveni de bones pr\u00e0ctiques del govern espanyol.<\/p>\n

La moci\u00f3 va ser presentada pel Partit Popular. El regidor d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Social i serveis a la persona, Jordi Cam\u00f3, va assegurar que fins ara a Tordera no hi ha ning\u00fa que hagi hagut de deixar casa seva i que s\u2019est\u00e0 treballant amb l\u2019assessorament del col\u00b7legi d\u2019advocats.
