La mesura forma part d&#8217;un \u00abpla de recuperaci\u00f3\u00bb engegat el 2007 per intentar abandonar els n\u00fameros vermells aquest 2008, arran de l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d&#8217;un 80% del capital de l&#8217;empresa pel grup eslov\u00e8 Adria Mobil. Actualment, l&#8217;empresa compta amb 260 treballadors principalment d&#8217;Hostalric i Tordera, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 n&#8217;hi ha de Blanes, Malgrat, Pineda i Sant Celoni. Els treballadors temen una futura deslocalitzaci\u00f3 de part de la producci\u00f3, un temor que l&#8217;empresa considera infundat. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2008\/04\/sun-roller.mp3\" target=\"_blank\">Una representant del comit\u00e8 d&#8217;empresa, ens explica la seva situaci\u00f3<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">L&#8217;empresa Sun Roller es va crear el 1973. Entre el 1997 i el 2001 es van incrementar els guanys un 352%, i es va arribar als 45,8 milions d&#8217;euros de facturaci\u00f3, amb un mercat consolidat. Fonts de la direcci\u00f3 assenyalen que l&#8217;empresa va estar a punt de morir d&#8217;\u00e8xit, ja que es va crear una estructura molt costosa que en va arribar a dificultar la viabilitat quan la demanda va afluixar. Sun Roller t\u00e9 una planta a Eslov\u00e8nia des del 2003, i el 2002 en va crear una a Sant Feliu de Buixalleu que es va acabar tancant.
