En declaracions a R\u00e0dio Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia s&#8217;ha mostrat sorpr\u00e8s amb aquestes informacions, tenint en compte que els processos judicials estan en marxa des de fa molts anys. L&#8217;alcalde creu que la difusi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest assumptes, en els mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3, tenen a veure amb la seva recent absoluci\u00f3 per l&#8217;Audi\u00e8ncia de Barcelona d&#8217;un delicte ecol\u00f2gic.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n[audio:http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2012\/03\/alcalde-barrera-1.mp3|titles=alcalde barrera 1]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">En aquest sentit, Joan Carles Garcia lamenta l&#8217;oportunisme d&#8217;aquestes informacions.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n[audio:http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2012\/03\/alcalde-barrera-2.mp3|titles=alcalde barrera 2]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Per la concessi\u00f3 del servei de transport escolar, que durant set anys va ser adjudicat pel Consell Comarcal del Maresme, l&#8217;alcalde de Tordera est\u00e0 imputat per un delicte de prevaricaci\u00f3 pel jutjat d&#8217;instrucci\u00f3 n\u00famero 2 d&#8217;Arenys de Mar, segons l&#8217;acte judicial, a qu\u00e8 ha tingut acc\u00e9s l&#8217;ag\u00e8ncia Efe.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">L&#8217;altre proc\u00e9s judicial en que est\u00e0 involucrat l&#8217;alcalde, a c\u00e0rrec del jutjat d&#8217;instrucci\u00f3 n\u00famero 5 d&#8217;Arenys, deriva de les suposades irregularitats en les autoritzacions que l&#8217;Ajuntament de Tordera va donar a l&#8217;exregidor per al condicionament d&#8217;una \u00e0rea on estacionar els seus autobusos.
