Les normes ofereixen noves condicions despr\u00e9s que el conseller de Territori i Sostenibilitat, Llu\u00eds Recoder, present\u00e9s un Pla de xoc el passat mes de setembre per adjudicar els habitatges buits de la Generalitat. Les mesures que destaquen del Pla de xoc de la Generalitat passen per la reconversi\u00f3 dels habitatges de compra a lloguer amb opci\u00f3 de compra, la rebaixa dels preus de lloguer per situar-los per sota dels de mercat lliure i un r\u00e8gim d&#8217;adjudicacions m\u00e9s \u00e0gil, amb convocat\u00f2ries permanentment obertes. En declaracions a R\u00e0dio Tordera, el\u00a0director de l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;Habitatge de Catalunya, Jaume Forn, el pla de xoc preveu adjudicar 3.264 pisos buits arreu de Catalunya.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n[audio:http:\/\/www.radiotordera.cat\/wordpress\/wp-content\/2012\/02\/jaume-forn-1.mp3|titles=jaume forn 1]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Verdana;\">Dels 25 habitatges de Tordera n&#8217;hi ha onze d&#8217;un dormitori, que tenen una superf\u00edcie de 42,93m2 a 51,53 m2, i un preu de lloguer mensual de 204 a \u00a0239 euros. La resta d&#8217;habitatges, 14, tenen dos dormitoris en una superf\u00edcie de 53,88 m2 a 72,79 m2 i la renda mensual del lloguer va de 249 a 326 euros. \u00a0Els habitatges es troben situats al carrer de Girona i a l&#8217;avinguda dels Pa\u00efsos Catalans. Jaume Forn, explica els requisits que s&#8217;han de complir els interessats ha accedir els pisos. Les persones interessades en aquests pisos poden informar-se a l&#8217;ajuntament de Tordera i a l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia <a href=\"http:\/\/www.agenciahabitatge.cat\">www.agenciahabitatge.cat<\/a>. Les sol\u00b7licituds es poden presentar fins al 29 de febrer a l&#8217;Ajuntament.
