A la manca d&#8217;un model de finan\u00e7ament local llargament reclamat, s&#8217;hi ha d&#8217;afegir la disminuci\u00f3 d&#8217;ingressos, derivat de la crisi econ\u00f2mica. A m\u00e9s, les corporacions locals han d&#8217;afrontar obligacions que no tenen atribu\u00efdes legalment i que, segons estudis recents, representen m\u00e9s del 30% del pressupost anual. Si a tot aix\u00f2 hi afegim que la Generalitat redueix les aportacions al manteniment de determinats serveis municipals, la situaci\u00f3 del consistori encara \u00e9s m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que en el ple de la setmana passada es va aprovar una moci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;equip de govern local fes p\u00fablic el deute que la Generalitat t\u00e9 amb el nostre municipi, a m\u00e9s de demanar-li al govern catal\u00e0 una liquidaci\u00f3 urgent d&#8217;aquest deute. L&#8217;alcalde de Tordera, Joan Carles Garcia va explicar que el deute de la generalitat amb l&#8217;ajuntament \u00e9s de 766.329,08 euros. Garcia va recordar que l&#8217;import del deute que reconeix la generalitat als ajuntaments \u00e9s similar a la partida de l&#8217;Estatut que l&#8217;Executiu de Mariano Rajoy deu a Catalunya en virtut de la disposici\u00f3 addicional tercera (759 milions). Un fet que ha aprofitat el govern catal\u00e0 per atribuir al Govern central gran part de la responsabilitat que la Generalitat no pugui\u00a0pagar els seus deutes amb el m\u00f3n local.
