Segons l&#8217;estudi <em>El sector immobiliari a Espanya i Catalunya: situaci\u00f3 i perspectives<\/em>, presentat aquest pel Servei d&#8217;Estudis de Catalunya Caixa, Tordera t\u00e9 uns 1000 habitatges pendents de venda, amb un parc d&#8217;habitatges vacant del 10,37%.
