Durant l’assemblea, el regidor d’Hisenda i Recursos Humans, Mar\u00e7al Vilajeliu, va explicar que les mesures que s’aplicaran en mat\u00e8ria de personal passen per la redifinici\u00f3 de la jornada laboral i la reorganitzaci\u00f3 dels llocs de treball per guanyar en efici\u00e8ncia i efic\u00e0cia.\u00a0Els mecanismes de control que es van presentar durant l’assemblea representen una rebaixa del 12% del total de la despesa de personal.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Amb aquestes mesures i amb les f\u00f2rmules aplicades en altres partides com la de serveis externs i subvencions,\u00a0 el govern municipal considera que es podran mantenir els serveis i els llocs de treball sense haver d’aplicar altres mesures de contenci\u00f3, m\u00e9s dr\u00e0stiques i expeditives.

L’alcalde va destacar que aquestes mesures s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ries donada la situaci\u00f3 general de l’economia i es va mostrar conven\u00e7ut que el municipi t\u00e9 capacitat suficient per sortir d\u00b4aquesta situaci\u00f3 complicada. De la mateixa manera, l’alcalde va anunciar que el govern municipal est\u00e0 treballant en l’arribada de noves inversions que afavoriran el creixement econ\u00f2mic de Tordera, i per tant, la creaci\u00f3 de llocs de treball i riquesa com ja ho est\u00e0 significant les actuals obres de construcci\u00f3 del nou centre log\u00edstic d’Inditex.
