Aquesta setmana, l’\u00c0rea de Territori i Sostenibilitat s’ ha ubicat definitivament a l’edifici de Cal Ros (antic ambulatori), de propietat municipal. En aquestes instal\u00b7lacions hi podrem trobar a partir d’ ara els serveis d’Urbanisme, Cadastre, Oficina T\u00e8cnica de projectes, Medi Ambient, Via P\u00fablica i els serveis inform\u00e0tics de l’Ajuntament. El trasllat de les oficines municipals a l’edifici de Cal Ros permet alliberar els serveis que fins ara es trobaven a l’edifici de la Caixa Laietana de la pla\u00e7a de l’Esgl\u00e9sia, que estava en r\u00e8gim de lloguer.\"\" La regidora de territori, Rosa Salarichs apunta que el trasllat permetr\u00e0 una nova reorganitzaci\u00f3 municipal, m\u00e9s eficient, mitjan\u00e7ant l’optimitzaci\u00f3 de recursos.

El trasllat de Territori i Sostenibilitat a l’antic ambulatori permet alliberar el segon pis de la casa consistorial, on s’hi ubicaran els serveis d’Intervenci\u00f3 i Recursos Humans.
